APARTMENT JUST STEPS FROM THE SEA in the Le Tonnare di Stintino area. Located in a small tourist-residential complex at the edge of the village, the apartment is developed on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a living area with a sofa and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and the first bathroom with a shower; from the living room, you can access a mezzanine area where there is a double bed and a small bathroom, also with a shower. From the living area, you can access a veranda with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing; from the veranda, you can also access a garden where children can play in complete safety. The house also has a reserved parking space.
There is a TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, mosquito nets, wifi, and a barbecue.
The highlight of the house, in addition to the paradisiacal context in which it is located, is certainly the incredible proximity to the sea, just 250 meters away, and to the Saline Beach with its endless shades of blue. The apartment is also close to a resort with pleasant evening entertainment/animations.
