From the living area, you can access a large veranda furnished with a table and chairs and a green space from which you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view as well as the Asinara Island. Reserved parking space.

Due to its location, the house is ideal for those who deserve total relaxation and do not want confusion, not far from La Pelosa beach, which is about 2,000 meters away, and the inlets of Cala Rosa, which are about 800 meters away. The main services are about 1,000 meters away, and in front of the entrance to the village, there is also a bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to all the beaches, even the farthest ones, in the Stintino area.
