Each accommodation enjoys outdoor space for relaxation, especially the attic with a spacious terrace where all guests can gather to spend pleasant moments together, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Orosei.

The residence is equipped with an extensive private park shaded by beautiful pine trees and oleanders, along with a private pool where guests can refresh and relax. There is also a nice barbecue area, garage, and additional services in the pool area.

The residence features air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and television on the attic floor.

It is the ideal vacation home for multiple families, as they can stay in completely independent accommodations, enjoying the right privacy and independence, yet still being close enough to share pleasant moments in the ample common areas.
