From the living room, you can access a furnished veranda where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and dine outdoors. Amenities include: TV, washing machine, oven, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board; free parking is available in front of the house.

For large groups, two other apartments are available in the same building for rent, accommodating 5 and 7 people respectively, providing a total of 19 beds.
