This holiday home is spread across two levels: on the ground floor, there is a delightful living area with large sofas and a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals with guests. A separate, newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with modern comforts, and there is also a first bathroom. Upstairs, comfortable stairs lead to the sleeping area, characterized by the warm tones of wooden beams on the ceiling. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom, a second room with two single beds that can be joined if needed, and a second full bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include: TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, kettle, barbecue, shower, and outdoor furniture. A large portion of the villa is surrounded by a spacious veranda, furnished with tables and chairs, allowing guests to enjoy peace, tranquility, and a pleasant cool breeze even on the hottest days. There is ample parking available.
The villa is completed by a large private plot of land with numerous olive trees, perfect for relaxing walks or for children to play in safety, away from any cars but still under the watchful eye of their parents.
This villa is ideal for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of Alghero but still be in a strategic location, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches that define the Alghero coastline: Lido, Maria Pia, Le Bombarde, Mugoni, Porto Ferro, just to name a few.
In the evening, there is no shortage of options: either relax on the veranda enjoying a delicious dinner with typical Sardinian products cooked on the barbecue, accompanied by a glass of Cannonau or Vermentino, depending on your preference, or immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Alghero with a nice stroll along Lido Beach, the Bastioni Marco Polo, or a visit to the historic center, unique in Sardinia, with its Catalan-Aragonese influence, featuring picturesque alleys, artisan shops, and coral workshops—Alghero’s famed Rubrum coral, a marine species native to the area, which gave the city its title of the "coral riviera."
For those wanting to explore and discover more about Sardinia during their stay, the villa is also an excellent base for visiting the colorful town of Bosa, reachable via the spectacular State Road 105, considered one of the most beautiful roads in Sardinia, offering stunning views of the sea on one side and rocky cliffs on the other, particularly breathtaking in spring when the landscape bursts into a kaleidoscope of colors. Additionally, you can visit Stintino and its Pelosa Beach, a pristine tropical paradise, and the Asinara Nature Park, a true gem of nature.
