CASA VACANZE immersed in the greenery of Mediterranean vegetation, close to the beaches of La Caletta, Santa Lucia, and Sa Pedra Ruia. Located in a small and very recent residential complex, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom, and a bathroom; the property is completed by a large furnished veranda with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoyable moments of relaxation, as well as a parking space. Amenities include: TV, washing machine, and barbecue.
All around, there is an extensive green space with an English lawn, grapevines, olive trees, and the rare Pompeian pine, where both children can play in complete tranquility and adults can take regenerating walks immersed in the scents of clean air.
The silence and tranquility completely dominate for a truly relaxing vacation, yet close to the main services of La Caletta and Siniscola, as well as the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, and Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest that plunges into a transparent sea with splendid colors.
The distance from the sea is 1,500 meters.
For larger groups, in the same structure, there are other three-room apartments for six people and even a four-room apartment with two bathrooms.
